GOOD TO KNOW

FAQs

Answers to frequently asked questions about your cleaning plan, prices and booking arrangements.

How do cleaner-hours work?

One cleaner-hour is one person working for one hour. Two cleaners working for three hours is six cleaner-hours. Your quote will show the agreed time and total.

Do I need to supply cleaning equipment?

For recurring visits, please provide a functioning vacuum, mop and bucket. Approved products, cloths and PPE are arranged by the company. Other equipment arrangements are agreed in your quote.

Can I include ironing or laundry?

Yes, as an agreed priority within your booked time at the same service rate. Let us know what you need so we can agree which other tasks fit the visit.

What is included in tenancy cleaning?

An assessed empty-property clean with an agreed checklist, including a single oven, empty cupboard interiors and accessible internal windows. Carpet extraction is extra. We do not guarantee deposit recovery.

Can I book a specialist service?

Specialist cleaning is subject to assessment and the availability of a trained operator and suitable equipment. Hazardous cleaning, major mould, heavy waste and unsafe access require separate assessment.

What if something has been missed?

Please report missed work within 48 hours so it can be assessed promptly and an appropriate correction arranged within the agreed scope. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

How is my cleaning visit confirmed?

Your full address, requested service, agreed tasks, start time and suitable cleaner availability are checked before a visit is confirmed. A price estimate or postcode result does not reserve an appointment.
