Starting prices assume an empty property with one bathroom, a kitchen and living room. Additional bathrooms from £40 after assessment. Larger homes, property condition and the full scope are assessed before the final quote.

Carpet extraction and upholstery cleaning are optional assessed extras. Package inclusions are not charged twice. No tenancy-deposit or stain-removal guarantee applies.

Ironing and laundry can be included within the booked time at the same rate. One cleaner-hour means one person working for one hour.

TIME OF DAY PRICING

Early starts. Later finishes.

Cleaning visits can run between 6:00am and 10:00pm when a suitable cleaner is available. Early and late premiums apply only to the cleaner-hours inside those bands.

A three-hour weekly clean from 6–9am is £72 base + £10 early premium = £82. From 7:30–10:30am it is £74.50. Fixed-price and overnight work need a separate assessed quote. Your confirmed quote itemises any time-of-day additions.

Tenancy and move-in

Empty property, one bathroom, a kitchen and living room. Includes a single oven, empty cupboard interiors and accessible internal windows.

Additional bathrooms from £40 after assessment. Carpet extraction is extra. Final price follows property details and photos.

Planning ahead, clearly priced.

Allow 2–3 days ahead where possible. Suitable cleaner availability is always required. Next-day visits add 75% of the base service price; same-day requests require a manual check and cannot be instantly booked.

A three-hour weekly visit in daytime is £72, or £126 next day. At 06:00–09:00 next day, it is £72 base + £54 next-day addition + £10 early-time addition = £136. Early/late additions are separate and are not compounded. Fixed-price work still needs individual assessment.

Extra time stays your choice.

If a visit needs longer, your cleaner requests 15–120 extra minutes with a reason. You see an itemised quote before approving. Extra time uses the existing booked service rate and saved next-day rate where applicable, plus any early/late portion. There is no additional overtime multiplier.

Approval depends on available funds and schedule capacity. No extra time is automatically approved. Recording the cleaner’s finish does not itself collect payment.
