An assessed clean following building work. Dust levels, surfaces, access and equipment must be assessed before acceptance. Heavy waste and hazardous materials are excluded.
Before we confirm
Share your full postcode, property size, bathrooms, condition, access and preferred date. We agree the scope, preparation, equipment and full price in writing. Any extra work or time requires your approval.

Tell us about fragile surfaces, pets and anything we should leave undisturbed. Specialist work is offered only with the right competence and equipment. Fixed-price work covers the agreed scope rather than an automatic time cutoff.
